SamLinkDuer found out that if a player attacks the guards then they will actually fight back. The compilation shows SamLinkDuer attacking guards in a variety of different villages that can befound inBreath of the Wild.
From Zora’s Domain to Gerudo Town, no matter where on the map the player is, the guards seem to always fight back when attacked. Many comments on SamLinkDuer’s post give even further insight into this detail. Though these guards attack back when threatened, they don’t do any damage to Link.
