There is an important set of abilities that Kiryu can learn exclusively through training withKomaki Sotaro, legendary martial arts master. InYakuzaKiwami 2, Kiryu can learn a handful of new abilities from Komaki by encountering him in Kamurocho’s Champion District. However, it appears old man Komaki has been holding out on Kiryu this time around. Either that, or he overestimates Kiryu’s ability to recall things after too many baseball bat swings to the head. Regardless, there are four additional Komaki abilities, which Kiryu had previously learned inYakuza Kiwami, that are not actually taught by Komaki himself inKiwami 2.
