Xbox Game Passusers can now playShadow of the Tomb Raideras part of their subscription. The critically acclaimed action adventure is the eighth title to reachXbox Game Passin April 2024, and the 49th since the turn of the year.

Shadow of the Tomb Raiderhas now joined Microsoft’s subscription library for the first time ever on April 11. While it’s common to see publishers only bring base editions of their games to Xbox Game Pass in hopes of boosting their DLC sales, that hasn’t been the case here. Specifically, Xbox Game Pass members have received access to the Definitive Edition ofShadow of the Tomb Raider, which comes with all of its post-launch content. Day-one release
Although Microsoft has yet to announce the second wave ofApril 2024 additions to Xbox Game Pass, the service already has four confirmed games for the second half of the month. That’s on account of all of the known upcoming titles being new releases that have long been announced as day-one Xbox Game Pass additions. The first of that lot isHarold Halibut, a story-driven sci-fi adventure from German studio Slow Bros., which is scheduled to debut on April 16.

The second wave of this month’s additions to Xbox Game Pass is likely to be announced on or around April 16.
