Warhammeris the king of tabletop gaming, drawing in fans across the globe includingWitcherstar Henry Cavill, who has spent some of his quarantine timepaintingWarhammerfigures. The franchise has spawned a number of video games, includingTotal War: Warhammer 2, which now has an easter egg featuring the superfan Cavill.

The DLC forTotal Warwas announced aftera cryptic tweet on May 6th, and features two warring Lords, Eltharion the Grim leading the Yvresse High Elves and Grom the Pauch commanding over the Greenskins' Broken Axe Tribe. The two Lords will introduce a host of factions, objectives, mechanics, units and playstyles to their campaigns, giving players plenty to chew on. Even three years after release, new content is being produced for the popular game, and now on the eve of the DLC’s release, it appears Henry Cavill is set to make hisWarhammerdebut.

TheWitcherstar, who is set to appear in anew movie calledEnola Holmes, is featured in this latest DLC forTotal Waras a High Elf Loremaster going simply by the name Cavill. The character is a Loremaster of Hoeth with the ‘White Wolf’ ability, granting Cavill a +15 bonus against large types and granting the potion of toughness ability.

Cavill (the actor, not the High Elf) has been riding high lately, having starred in the surprise hit of this past winter over on Netflix.The Witchercaptivated audiences, drawing in fans of the immensely popularWitchervideo game series, those who had read the books by Andrzej Sapkowski, and a host of new folks as well. Whilethe premiere of the second seasonof the show is a little up in the air right now, the wait should be worth it.

The extra time waiting for moreWitchergives fans time to speculate about justwhat may be included in season 2. It also means that folks will have more time to dive into other properties featuring Cavill, likeTotal War: Warhammer 2. The new DLC, “The Warden & The Paunch,” arrives May 21st giving players the ability to order High Elf Loremaster Cavill around all they want.
