Upset-Ad7882 confirmed that the creation comes from aSims 4mod, which in this particular case was a personal commission. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like it’ll be publicly available any time soon, so players will have to make do with the thousands of other CC mods out there forthe Sims 4.
