Following this, the Redditor uses another ability that seemingly involves levitation and places him near Vittoria Vici.
Roggvir falls when Walter-fring releases their grip, then quickly gets back on his feet and stops for a moment before slaying Vittoria Vici in a single hit. In addition to the video, the original poster shared their plan and execution in the comments section, mainly centered around variousSkyrimspells and abilities. In a nutshell, Walter-fring initially used the “Bend Will” dragon shout and “Courage” spell to prevent Vittoria Vici from fleeing the execution. Then they used the Wabbajack to use the “Voice of The Emperor,” an imperial racial ability to subdue the Solitude guards. Finally, Walter-fring applied the “Vampiric Grip” perk to lift Roggvir telekinetically and place him near Vittoria Vici, when the former killed the latter.
