Considering the massive size of a game likeRed Dead Redemption 2, the immersive realism and huge world can sometimes make even innocent little glitches stand out. A screenshot one player took of one of these glitches happening toCharles Smithhas taken an incredibly awkward turn as it causes a strange situation with another member of the gang.
Reddit user u/EnigmaFactory shared the screenshot online, cropping it to verify that players see exactly what seems to have gone wrong, specifically with Charles' choice of seat. Fortunately, this isn’t the type of glitch that could cause any fundamental gameplay issues inRed Dead Redemption 2, but it is at least good for a few good laughs if the player notices it happening.

The exact glitch involves Charles sitting down in a chair that was already occupied by Bill Williamson, causing the two characters to fuse into each other as they attempt to share the seat. What adds to the screenshot, is the specific positions that the characters are in, with Charles leaning forward and Bill taking a more reclined position, giving the impression that the two aren’t clipping through each other, but sitting on each other. As a result of each tiny detail that leads to this awkward encounter, the screenshot winds up giving a whole new look at the dynamic between members of the most notoriousgang inRed Dead Redemption 2.
These aren’t the types of game breaking glitches that can ruin a playthrough of a game, but it certainly can make for a moment of levity in an otherwise dark and dreary title. For some players, this can even be a welcome experience, where being reminded that they are playing a video game with all of the issues and glitches that come with it is a good enough moment to share.
