The majority of the optional Requests/sidequests inPokemon Legends: Arceusinvolve completing a Pokemon’s Dex entry, or catching a specific species of Pokemon and showing/giving it to the Requester. Then there are Requests that involve gathering crafting materials. These sidequests usually give free Crafting Recipes as rewards, so they may be worth the time. One such example is Request 80.
Request 80: The Perfect Pickle Recipe is the final task in one of the many quest lines inPokemon Legends: Arceus. Like any other sidequest, completing this won’t tie into the Story Missions, but taking time to help out the Jubilife Village will net some worthwhile rewards. Being consistent with helping the NPCs around Hisui will make it easier to unlock sidequests.

Unlocking Request 80
Players will get Request 80 from Radisa once they’ve started Mission 12: The Slumbering Lord of the Tundra. However, the Request icon will only appear if players have completedRequest 12: A Perfect Pickliing Stonefollowed byRequest 53: Octillery’s Ink. Without these requirements, Request 80 will be locked off to the players. Fortunately, Request 12 can be finished as early as the Obisdian Fieldlands (catch a Geodude), and Request 53 can be done at the Cobalt Coastlands (complete Octillery’s Pokedex).
Radisa lives in the house across from the Studio, which is next to Jubilife Village’s Gate. This time, she’ll want a list of items for a recipe:

If players have been grabbing everything they see out in the wild, then chances are they’ll already have the requested itemsin their satchel or in storage. If not, it’s time to head out the gate and start looking.
Where to Farm Request 80’s Materials
Fortunately, these aren’t rare crafting materials, and one of them can even be purchased at the Ginkgo Guild. Since Radisa needs two of each, make sure to get the required amount before leaving the area. Here’s where each ingredient can be found:
Crunchy Salt
If players recall, Tao Hua wanted 3 Crunchy Salt forRequest 61: Even More New Wares. Players can find Crunchy Salt by scaling the mountains the Coronet Highlands with Sneasler. In addition, some Pokemon may drop Crunchy Salt upon being caught or defeated. The quickest way to get them is to warp to theMountain CampinCoronet Highlandsand climb the mountain where players battled Ingo. There may be Crunchy Salt closer to the camp, but if players are struggling to find some, this should be a surefire way to farming them.
Plump Beans
These can be found just about everywhere in theCobalt Coastlands, particularly betweenCrossing SlopeandAipom Hill. They’re green pods, so it’s easy to miss them if players aren’t paying attention. There are alsopiles of leavesthat can be destroyed by sending out Pokemon. These leaves will sometimes have a Plump Bean or two hidden among them. Plump Beans are also a crafting material for the Bean Cake recipe, which is used to completeRequest 55: Poor, Pekish Piplup.
King’s Leaf
This yellow leaf can be found in every region of Hisui. Since they’re not as common as Plump Beans or Crunchy Salt, players will want to check in hard-to-reach places such as high cliffs or in corners. Like the Plump Beans, there’s a small chance of King’s Leaf among the leaf piles in Cobalt Coastlands and Crimson Mirelands. If players have completed Request 57: The Taste of Honey, they’ll receive a King’s Leaf as a reward. Fortunately, players can buy the King’s Leaffrom the Ginkgo Guildfor 1,000 poke dollars a piece.
Turn in these items to Radisa to get the Twice-Spiced Radish recipe. The Twice-Spiced Radish is a battle item that willboost the power of a Pokemon’s Moves by 50%. InLegends: Arceus, it has the same effect as the Move, Double Hit.
