One other thing to point out is that the Party Hat Charizard that is awarded at the end of Step 3 will know both Blast Burn and Dragon Breath. While it is true that this is not the absolute-best moveset for theFire-type Pokemon, this Charizard is a decent offensive option. Players may even decide that they want to test its strength in the GO Battle League or against Team GO Rocket before GO Battle Weekend reaches its end.
