A Reddit user named rafeizerrr posted a sketch that they made of an evolution for Beartic based on Ursaluna, which they dubbed Icebearg. The pocket monster is an Ice/Water-Type, and was given the Swift Swim and Tough Claws abilities. According to the artist, they really like theGround-Type Pokemonand was inspired to sketch an evolution of Beartic. The drawing is a nice concept of what the Ice-Type could become and shows a good amount of imagination on the artist’s part.
The piece that rafeizerrr posted has earned a few fans who have enjoyed what they came up with. One commenter stated that the work looks awesome and suggested that the artist come up with an evolution for Pangoro or Bewear. Another thought it would be cool if a region was introduced that included both Beartic and Ursaring, where there could be a third regionalPokemonthat was a crossbreed of the two. Icebearg would be a good evolution for Beartic and could make for a great regional evolution.
Icebearg is not the only idea that rafeizerrr has come up with. The artist has created otherPokemon concepts, which include a few evolutionary lines they thought of. They also drew an animation that shows the pocket monster Brionne launching Moonblast at a poor target. The Redditor does commissions as well, which have included amazing fantasy pieces.
