How to do Challenges in Pikmin Bloom
Upon hitting level 15 inPikmin Bloom, players will be able to take on challenges with their squad of Pikmin. To check if there are any available challenges nearby, players need to go to the same section of the menu where expeditions are. Click on the map in the main menu, and there will be several tabs that say “Lifelog,” “Pikmin,” “Seedlings,” and then finally “expeditions.”
The challenges will appear in this section, but players should know that there are only three tries per day before the Pikmin get tired. Choose one of the Mushrooms to attack, and then make sure to send Pikmin that have a lot of hearts by their name. Up to 5 players can join in on a challenge, and the more that help out, the faster the mushroom will be destroyed. Once the challenge is finished, the Pikmin will head back to the player with some rewards, like fruit and postcards tosend toPikmin Bloomfriends.
Players will earn stars based on how quickly the Pikmin can destroy the giant mushroom. Of course, the more players, the higher the stars, and therefore better rewards.
Luckily, completing these challenges can be done from players' homes, so they don’t need to head outside to get stuff done in-game. Still, players will need to take many steps and grow lots ofdifferent Pikmin to level up, so they can’t stay inside forever if they plan on advancing through the mobile game.
Pikmin Bloomis now available for mobile devices.
