The Revolver is a hard-hitting medium-range weapon inOutridersthat brings the feel of a classic Western into a sci-fi universe. There are only two in the game as of this writing, but this only fuels the debate over which one is better. Amateur players see them as no different from the pistols, but an expert gamer can take a revolver and hit like a sniper rifle while staying mobile like with an SMG.

The revolver is often considered the best weapon in the game for the Pyromancer class as this character will be using Anomaly powers from this range already, making it a perfect fit. But it can make just as much of an upgrade for a Devastator that needs to dip out of melee for a moment, a Technomancer when mobs start to get close, or a Trickster when the cooldown cycle doesn’t line up nicely.

How To Get A Legendary Revolver

There are no guarantees when it comes to legendary drops, but there are definitely some conditions players will need to meet.

Repeating side quests to earn rewards is an option for grinding out Legendary drops.

Outriders Four Legendary Loot Drops

Lucky

Characters that stack critical hit chance will want to seriously consider the Lucky for their arsenal. As people find outhow much harder the World Tiers get, they begin to see the wisdom in weapons that attack from multiple angles. This gun dealssolid bullet damage, has achance to deal group damage, and poisons enemies over time with theToxic status effect.

The revolver is good, but what keeps it from greatness is that these three angles don’t exactly synergize smoothly. The gun has a boost to critical damage, but not to critical chance, which is needed to make the group damage effect go off. This might be acceptable for a gun that fires multiple rounds, but on a revolver, it misses the mark. It’s not the worst choice, but gamers should think twice before believing that this gun willgive their build an edge over the others.

Disintegrator

Unlike the Lucky, the Disintegrator does not need to rely on luck to get thegroup effect damageto function. The gun will fit any build because it doesn’t rely on Anomaly Power or firepower to work well, making it a no-brainer to fit into most builds. Thearmor-piercingboost is lethal against bosses, granting it effectiveness against single targets in addition to the mobs.

Killing shots are inconsistent in group compositions, but those who solo will find thatregularly healing from killswith this gun can essentially keep ranged players topped off on health in even the toughest fights. The close-range damage isn’t really going to be well-utilized, but an additional 20% power to status effects can be appreciated by every class.

There is little doubt about whothe best solo class in the gameis, but those who want a similar experience will find that the Disintegrator can help bridge the gap. This gun was inspired by gunslingers who have their sights set on high-tier gameplay and the design was executed flawlessly.
