Regrouping Time
Deku has miraculously survived his encounter with All For One with his Quirk still intact, but also seems to have formed abit of a soft spot for Shigaraki.Bakugo, Endeavor, and Midoriya have all seen better days, but at least the Symbol of Fear’s injuries are just as severe and he may be on his last legs. His internal battle rages on, with Shigaraki and All for One each demanding to dominate their shared vessel; the young, wise villain will not be seduced by All For One’s power and refuses to relinquish control. Rivet Stab, which usually flows from the wielder’s fingers, has been released from Shigaraki’s spinal cord instead, activating the Quirk’s auto-tracking response and is, therefore, less strenuous on his mind and body, which is about to collapse at any moment.
Fortunately, Tenya Iida and Nejire Hado arrive just in time to warn the group about Gigantomachia’s impending approach, and the Big Three beauty lands a few Wave Motion blows for good measure, putting extra stress onShigaraki’s deteriorating Regeneration Quirk. However, it seems that his luck has not run out just yet, as Machia finally makes it to Jaku and eagerly awaits instructions; All For One wants the monstrosity to round up the League and retreat, but can he convince Shigarki to flee the battle?

Surge, Shoto and Shigaraki
Shoto Todoroki has been absent for most of the conflict, meaning he is fresh, fully charged, and ready to fight. He quickly evaluates the situation and decides that it would be more efficient to target the wounded Shigaraki first and worry about Machia later. Surge simultaneously shoots her Nejire Flood attack (which emits a highly concentrated energy blast) and, combined with Shoto’s Flashfire Fist Jet Kindling, they bombard Shigaraki’s broken form with their Gring Flood combo move. Now that the Symbol of Fear is unconscious, Gigantomachia isn’t going anywhere, which is just perfect forDabi, as he has his own missionto carry out while they wait.
Fr-enemies Collide
Ochaco Uraraka and Himiko Toga are engaged in a heated discussion as they suss each other out and the perky protagonist is quite confident in her enhanced skill level, as her hand-to-hand combat has improved considerably since the last time these ladies faced off. She is, however, completely unaware of Himiko’s upgrades, which allow her toadopt a loved one’s Quirkas well as their physical likeness. The pair “bond” in their own strange way, over their shared adoration for Deku, two girls pining after the same “unattainable” guy.

While Himiko is distracted by her soliloquy, Ochaco sneaks in her Zero Satellites attack, attaching several floating objects to the whips of her Uraraka Wrists, which are then flung towards her foe. The girls' aggression levels rise as their opinions clash;Himiko wants to feel everythingto the fullest, whereas Ochaco believes that certain emotions should be suppressed for the sake of others. Just as things are about to get bloody, Tsu suddenly arrives to deflect the tear-stricken Himiko assault, but unfortunatley provides her with the perfect opportunity to escape instead. It seems Himiko will reunite with her League with a “clear conscience,” unencumbered by her pent-up feelings and excited to let her freak flag fly at full force; auspicious indeed!
“Dabi’s Dance”
It is finally time for Dabi’s big reveal, and it’s not just the new hair color that’s turning heads! The smug villain casually greets the Heroes with his birthname, Toya, and begins to taunt his family while Skeptic simultaneously broadcasts their homemade video across all networks, sharingthe terrible Todoroki storywith the world. Believed to be dead, Toya explains how he survived the wild forest fire all those years ago, ensuring to emphasize the brutality of Endeavor’s parenting in the process. Although everyone is taken aback by this new info (the villains, included), Shoto is willing to fight through the pain and protect his people, but the shellshocked Enji has been shaken to his core; the sight of his long-lost son’s face is simply too much to bare.

At first, those watching Toya’s scandalous tell-all are completely dumbfounded but not quick to believe his words; Dabi is a villain, after all. However, the DNA test and the evidence of Hawks' murderous streak breaks their spirits, and Japan finds themselves losing hope in their saviors (yet again.) It seems Dabi’s scheme may end up being more successful than Shigaraki’s escapade, as the fire-wielding adversary appears to have succeeded in dethroning the celebratedHeroes, which was essentially the Villains’main goal all along (particularly for the Stain enthusiasts.)
Next Time: “Threads of Hope”
It would appear that Dabi has some of his facts mixed up, as Hawks clearly hasn’t ended the #3 Hero’s life. Although he has not yet made a full recovery since his run-in with All For One in Season 3, Best Jeanist may just be the straw that breaks the camel’s back, as his arrival could signify the beginning of the end. It looks like all abled bodies have made it to Jaku to contain the villainous forces, including Majestic, who survived Gigantomachia’sbrutal blow in episode 8.Bakugo has been eagerly attempting to rejoin the battle, and now that his mentor has made an appearance, the explosive expert will undoubtedly do his best to make him proud. Finally, the time has come for Bakugo to unveil his own secret, as Best Jeanist was always meant to be the first to hear his Hero name.
