There are a lot of ways that a player could end up trying to face off against the monster, with all the right intentions, but bungle the execution and end up in a terrible situation. A lot of players may want to try and fight the beast, but it will be futile. The monster quick and tough, and a player will not have weapons available to them.
A player cannot fight against the beast. All they can do is hide and try to outrun the beast as many times they can.As such, a player needs to stay smart, and evade the monster with all sorts of new tactics. One tactic many players use is to run, hide, and misdirect (usually with sound to divert the monster away).
4Rushing in Without Being Careful
Don’t be like the horror movie character that simply rushes in against the horror movie monster and promptly gets killed off. That never worked for anyone, and it certainly will not work inSaturnalia.
Players need to stay stealthy, stay alert, and always listen for danger. The beginning of the game may seem togo easy on the player; however, this is not indicative of the rest of the game’s difficulty. The game is very unforgiving, and players will have to improve their stealth as they progress.

There are many resources that a player can get their hands on that would aid them in their quest to make it out alive inSaturnalia. These can range from useful consumables to new items that can be used in other ways, such as a key to unlock a puzzle.

Seeing as this is a survival horror game, where horror plays a bit of a bigger role than survival. Theplayer may forget to get resources, and may instead put too much focus into trying to outmaneuver the monster. This would be a bad choice, as it will leave a player vulnerable.

Surprisingly, there are multiple characters that players can pick and choose from inSaturnalia, though they cannot use a whole party of people at once. Manyplayers will get used to this, but not everyone will fully utilize it.
Players should always remember to have at least a few characters as a backup. If the beast catches one character, they are going to have to use the others to rescue the captured one. If everyone gets caught, that is a game over, and a player will have to restart.
