Minecraftmay not be the first idea for many when they imagine anElden Ringcrossover though. WhileMinecraftinvolves a game world full of monsters trying to destroy the player’s home, the enemies aren’t nearly as difficult as those a player faces inElden Ring. More than just the enemies though, a crossover between the worlds ofMinecraftandElden Ringwould seem strange due to the difference in the atmosphere and tone of both games. However, one player managed to bring this crossover to life, surprising and impressing fans of both games by creating a large island reflecting a portion of the map found inElden Ring.

It seems as though theMinecraftplayer, who posted their build to Reddit, created everything from scratch for theirElden Ringisland. From an island that looks like an anvil, to a large, gothic castle sitting atop it, there’s plenty of impressive things to be found in this build. Fans in the comments were quick to praise theMinecraftplayer’s attention to detail in their creation, and how they captured the vibe of the darkerElden Ring. This isn’t the first time thatMinecraftplayers have made builds that may have seemed strange at first. One player recently created a hugeCyberpunk 2077skyscraperin game.

Beyond making grand builds inMinecraft, players have also been able to make some creations outside the game, such as oneplayer who was inspired by the bees inMinecraftto create their own custom PC. It’s more than likely there will be moreElden Ringbuilds coming toMinecrafttoo, as the game proves to be astonishingly popular with both critics and general audiences.

Minecraftis available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
