Marvel Snap’sGuardians’ Greatest Hits introduced Nebula, a fresh Control card set to change the course of META. She is a 1-Cost, 1-Power card that gains +2 Power when the opponent skips her location. But what makes this character unique is her compelling synergy with the Guardians of the Galaxy and other Control cards.

In the past few weeks,Marvel Snapfans have been exploiting this card’s versatility to come up with new META decks. However, out of all the exciting combinations they’ve tested so far, the following arethe ultimate choices for any Nebula deck.

10Jeff, the Baby Land Shark

Despite being an Ultra Rare Series 5 card, Jeff is a decent choice for a Nebula deck. The reason is thatplayers can move this card once per game, an ability that comes in handy when the opponent has a counter-strategy and is winning the Nebula lane.

Jeff is a 3-Power card that can switch lanes at will, making up for any points lost at the last minute. He can be compared to Captain Marvel, but the main difference is that he doesn’t automatically move to the best lane.

9Spider-Man

The goal with a Nebula deck is to stop the opponent from playing cards in her lane.Spider-Man perfectly matches that strategybecauseit blocks the location for a round. Played strategically, he can hold back the enemy long enough so Nebula gains its +2 Power, but it also contributes an extra 3 Power to the board.

Spider-Man is particularly a good card for Nebula decks with Control synergy. However, it may be less effective in Discard andDestroy decks.

8Shuri

Shuri’s On Reveal ability creates the perfect synergy with Nebula. While the Guardian of the Galaxy doubles in Power in the absence of opponent cards, Shuri does the same in the presence of friendly cards;her Power amplifieswhen other cards are played to her lane.

Ideally, players should play Shuri away from Nebulato safeguard at least two locations. But the two cards can also fight in the same line, especially when the enemy is pushing Nebula.

7Green Goblin

Manipulating the enemy deck is the primary focus of most Nebula decks, which is why Green Goblin matches them. Upon revealing,he flies to the opponent’s line, giving them minus three Power while occupying one of their slots.

Players opting for a late-game strategy can also benefit from Hobgoblin, the 4-PowerPool 2 counterpartof Green Goblin with the same On Reveal effect.

6Armor

Because Nebula is a 1-Cost, 1-Power card, it’s vulnerable against destroyer cards like Killmonger. However,Armor can protect her against any destroy deck, giving her enough time to boost her Power.

Armor is a great card choice when buildinga Discard synergyNebula deck. However, its protective capabilities can be a valuable addition to any lineup. If Armor isn’t viable, players can consider other defensive cards like Cosmo and Goose.

5Storm

Nebula needs cards that safeguard its location, and Storm is definitely one of them. With this card, playersflood a lineand prevent their opponents from accessing it for the remainder of the game.

The best thing about the Nebula-Storm synergy is that they can hit the board as soon as the third round. Compare that to high-Cost cards like Professor X, which come into play in Round 4 or 5 and cause a riskier lane-blocking process.

4Debrii

Debrii is the best support card for Nebula. Sheadds a rock to each other locationof both players, stealing two of their free slots. Of course, Debrii shines in a Control-synergy deck, but she’s a perfect companion for Nebula in any lineup that focuses on doubling down on her Power.

Players should note that Debrii and Nebula can rarely be played in the same location. That is because Debrii’s rocks go to lanes other than the one she currently occupies. So, if the goal is to block Nebula’s lane, players must place Debrii on any of the other two lines.

3Doctor Doom

Thanks to his On Reveal effect, Doctor Doom is one of the best cards for Nebula decks. Hethrows two 5-Power DoomBomb to each other location, supporting Nebula with an extra 10 Power on top of his initial 5.

The only downside of Doctor Doom is that he’s a 6-Cost card, which postpones his availability to the final rounds. Due to this disadvantage, players should aim for a slow-paces strategy that builds up the board for a last-minute knockout with the Nebula-Doom combo.

2Juggernaut

The infamous Juggernaut is a must-have in all Nebula decks because itrandomly moves the opponent’s current round cards. Players could count on him as the element of surprise that saves the Nebula line when it’s under attack.

Since Juggernaut is a 3-Cost card, it’s considered an early neutralizer for the enemy’s counterattacks. However, players can hold onto him for a late-game comeback and a possible combo with Storm.

1Professor X

Synergy-wise, the best card for Nebula is Professor X.He locks down her laneand prevents all enemy counters in that location. But also brings 3 Power to the table, which can be life-saving in the final rounds.

Playing a Professor X-Nebula combo is tricky, as the former is a 5-Cost card. Because of that, players should haveother alternatives for protecting Nebulain the first three to four rounds. Otherwise, the opponent might destroy her before the Professor gets a chance to play.
