Chapter 4 ofMarvel’s Guardians of the Galaxycan go one of two ways. If players are unsuccessful in negotiating with Lady Hellbender, they must escape the Palace in a reign of gunfire. Alternatively, if they succeed in negotiating with the Monster Queen, a more peaceful scenario occurs.
After sneaking past the guards, players will enterLady Hellbender’s Throne Room inMarvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. The next step in the search for Groot is to reach her throne and get the elevator working.

How to Get Out of Lady Hellbender’s Throne Room in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy
The first step in getting out of Lady Hellbender’s Throne Room inMarvel’s Guardians of the Galaxyis togo behind the Throne itself and search for a large rock and pile of rubble. Searching is always easier when Star-Lord’s visor is activated. This highlights useful objects in yellow. The visor can be activated with the R3 button on consoles.
Scan the rubble first, and then use Drax’s ability on the rockby holding L1 on consoles, then choose the correspondingDrax button inMarvel’s Guardians of Galaxy. He will throw it at the rubble,creating a gap that Rocket can now crawl through. Bring up the Guardian ability options again and choose Rocket’s before heading back into the middle of the room.
Players will now have to complete a small puzzle in order to provide power to the Throne steps to activate the elevator to Groot. Make sureStar-Lord’s visor is activated inMarvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, as this viewpoint is needed to see which way the electrical current is flowing.
The puzzle may look overwhelming, but players only need to focus on providing power to one node at a time. The filled yellow lines indicate where the current is currently leading to. Players must change the direction of the switches on the floor so that thefilled yellow line starting from the left of the Throne leads back to the left node first.
Before changing the position of any more switches after the first node,go to the switch nearest the door the Guardians came in and change its position. This ensures when the power flows in this direction, the door stays closed, and players avoid a confrontation with enemies. Then, press the switch near the filled line in the middle that will allow the current to flow up, while still powering the first node.
Keep following the filled yellow line and switching when needed, and the second node will soon be reached, raising the steps to the throne. Go up and press the switch, then head down the elevator to search forGroot inMarvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.
