Assassin’s Creed Mirageis finally available for everyone to play. There was a great deal of hype surrounding the game prior to its release, as it was stated that it would return to the roots ofAssassin’s Creed. It is not without faults, but it is fair to say that the game has delivered on several fronts. Ubisoft Bordeaux has worked extremely hard, and it shows. Those who have already startedtheir journey through Baghdadalready know that the world can be extremely challenging and unforgiving.
Players who are ill-prepared won’t be able to handle the numerous challenges that come their way. Even the regular soldiers inAssassin’s Creed Miragecan cause a lot of trouble at the highest difficulty.When Basim dies, the game will reload from the last checkpoint, and if players have forgotten tosave their progress manually, they might have to redo multiple tasks.
How To Save In Assassin’s Creed Mirage
Like any game, itis important to save progress inAssassin’s Creed Mirage. There is an autosave feature in the game, but it cannot be relied on all the time, so players will have to take matters into their own hands in most scenarios. Thankfully,there are two different ways to save the game. These are:
To Quick Save the game, players need to pause the game, then scroll to Inventory. Once in the menu, press the Square button, which brings up a prompt asking for a confirmation to save the game. Press the X button to finish.
The second method requires players to pause the game and then push the touchpad.Select Save and choose Create a new Save Game. The new file should be displayed just below the option to create a new save game. It will show the current mission, followed by the location, time of save,and the total playtime.
The game cannot be saved while players are in a restricted area.
Players can either select to overwrite it or delete it if their save files start to rack up.To delete a save file, scroll down to it and press the Square button. Once again, there will be a message asking for confirmation. Push the X button to confirm the choice.
Players can load their save file by pausing the game and then pressing the touchpad. On the screen, there will be the Load option. Select it, and it will bring up a list of all the save states, including Manual Saves, Quick Saves, and Autosaves. Navigate to the one that needs to be loaded, then press the X button.
