This event pass is forPirates of the CaribbeanxFortnite, and players mustpurchase this Pass for 1,000 V-Bucksin order to obtain Jack Sparrow. Luckily, there isn’t much to it than that if players just want Jack Sparrow.Upon purchasing the Cursed Sails Pass, players are granted instant access to Jack Sparrow, along with a LEGO style for use inLEGO Fortnite.

Jack Sparrow can be used across various game modes, and even comes with two styles: hat on, or hat off. The likeness to Johnny Depp is uncanny, even with aFortniteart style twist. How to Get Cursed Jack Sparrow

Once players have purchased the Cursed Sails Pass for 1,000 V-Bucks, they will need to complete thePirates of the Caribbeanspecific quests that appear inFortnite’s Battle Royale mode. Upon doing so, they willearn XP and Cursed Gold, a specific XP needed to progress through this event pass. Unlocking Cursed Jack Sparrow might take a while, as playersneed 11,000 Cursed Gold, and they can only acquire more when moreCursed Sails quests are released, which should become active every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM ET.

Players can also spend 150 V-Bucks to skip the questsand waiting times to get one step closer to unlocking Cursed Jack Sparrow. Each Tier in the Cursed Sails Premium Pass will grant 2 unlocks, and the final unlock on Tier 11 is the Cursed Jack Sparrow skin. This means that if players purchase the Cursed Sails pass, and then purchase rewards, they are looking at a total of 2,750 V-Bucks for Jack Sparrow and Cursed Jack Sparrow, as opposed to just spending 1,000 V-Bucks and unlocking this skeletal figure through quests.

Cursed Jack Sparrow might be a desirable skin to some, as it comes with a LEGO style of a skeleton Jack Sparrow, and the skin itself looks great in-game with a few tactical advantages on top of looking pretty cool. As a skeleton, players can see through their player model more easily thanks to the bone arms. Just be mindful of pocketing Aztec gold and those creepy bulging eyes.

How Long Until Jack Sparrow Leaves Fortnite?

Players will have until August 6, 4 AM ET to purchase and unlock Jack Sparrowand the rest of the Cursed Sails cosmetics, as this is the exact date and time that the pass will become unavailable. Whilst event passes are not Battle Passes, meaning that they can re-enter the Item Shop someday, it is unclear whether Jack Sparrow will share that fate, especially when he features a price of 1,000 V-Bucks with the pass, which is far cheaper thanotherPirates of the Caribbeanskinsin the Shop.
