Stowaways inAnother Crab’s Treasureare customizable trinkets that can be slotted in and out without restriction.Unlike Adaptations, Stowaways are always passive effects that can alter the way combat plays out. In most cases, they increase one of Kril’s base stats, like Attack or Resistance, alongside another passive modifier.

Mixing and matching Stowaways is not as straightforward as it might appear because each Stowaway has a base star number corresponding to how much Stowaway capacity it takes up when equipped. Players planning on mixing and matching complementary Stowaways to flesh out their build will run into the problem of Stowaway capacity fairly quickly. Here is how to increase it.

How to Buy & Sell Stowaways in Another Crab’s Treasure

As players get access to more capacity and better Stowaways, some of the older ones will start to lose their value. Stowaways like Sea Star and Limpet are only good for the starting part of the game and will need to be replaced at later stages. Instead of letting them sit in Kril’s inventory, players can choose to sell these off to Nemma (or to Sessi once Nemma leaves) and receive a modest amount of Microplastics in return. Nemma and Sessi also keep a stock of rare Stowaways for sale.

The Fruit Sticker Stowaway - bought from Bottomfeeders for 7500 Microplastics - increases the amount of Microplastics players get per kill.
