A highly-requested option to apply items to all outfits was one of the various features addedThe Sims 4in the free update. This guide will tell players how this option works so they can start customizing their Sims' outfits faster than ever.

Where is the “Apply to All Outfits” Button?
To find the “Apply to Outfits” button, players will first have toaccess Create-a-Sim, which they can do either by starting a new save, editing a household in Manage Worlds, changing their Sim’s appearance using a mirror, or enabling “testingcheats” and selecting “Modify in CAS.”
The “Apply to Outfits” button can be found on the right side of the screen, besides the Everyday Outfits button, and it only appears if the players has selected a Sim’s head or body.Players will also only be able to use it if they select an accessory, hairstyle, or clothing category that the Sim has equipped.

For example, if the Sim isn’t wearing a shirt because they’re wearing a full-body article of clothing, gamers won’t be able to choose to “Apply Shirt to Outfits” because it includes a type of item that’s not equipped.
