The six main tips and tricks to remember when trying to defeat Tremonius inHalo Infiniteare:
How to Defeat Tremonius Boss in Halo Infinite
The first thing players should do is take out the Jackals when battling Tremonius. This is especially important if playing on Legendary, as they can take Master Chief out in only a few shots. Quicklyfind cover and then use a Plasma weapon to kill them, like the Pulse Carbine, or evenHalo’s Plasma Pistol. Remember to charge the pistol’s shots before firing.
Once the Jackals have been defeated, use the same Plasma weapons to quickly take down Tremonius' shields. This is the white bar above him. If players don’t lower his shields fully in enough time, they will recharge again. If running low on ammo, be sure to use the ammo resupply caches nearby. Use the Grappleshot if needing to make a quick retreat behind cover to recover Master Chief’s shields.

Once his shields are gone, use a Needler to kill Tremonius quickly. Don’t stop while shooting, as it’s best to empty a whole clip. If players don’t want to use the Needler, they can use a Kinetic weapon instead. Any type of grenade will take large parts of his health off as well. If Tremonius is still proving too difficult to defeat, players canchange the difficulty inHalo Infiniteif they want to.
If wanting to take on Tremonius again, a new save file will need to be created, as theHalo Infinitecampaign won’t let players replay story missions at launch.
