Since its release back in November,God of War Ragnarokhas become the fastest-sellingGod of Wargamein the series, and fans are currently revisiting the game with the addition of photo mode. Plenty of fans are eagerly waiting to replay the game in its entirety when the upcoming addition of new game + forGod of War Ragnarokis finally released. The series follows Kratos and his son as they travel across the nine realms in an attempt to prevent Ragnarok from happening.

God of War: Ragnarokundoubtedly has a narrative focus that revolves around family and family dynamics, so it is the perfect fit for a family-centric holiday like Christmas. One Reddit user decided to include the game in their festive activities and decorated one of their cookies to resemble Kratos. In the post made online, the user can be seen holding a cookie with Kratos' signature tattoos, beard, and armor fromGod of War Ragnarok.

There are a few comment replies to the post complimenting the baker on their delicious-looking cookies. The texture on the beard was particularly well done. It would have been great to see them include cookie versions of other members from the game’s cast as well. The heartwarming tribute isn’t the onlyChristmas celebration featuringGod of War Ragnaroklately, and there are sure to be many more as new players get their hands on the PS5 and copies of the game for Christmas.

Fans of the game have aGod of WarTV seriesto look forward to after Amazon confirmed that one is in development. There is also a demand for a re-release or remake of the original trilogy for PS5. The future for theGod of Warfranchise is certainly looking up, so it wouldn’t be out of reason to expect Sony to revisit the series. Santa Monica Studio is already confirmed to be working on a new unreleased game, but it is not out of the question that another studio in PlayStation’s first-party lineup could develop a remake for the game.
