A newGenshin Impactvideo leak has revealed the potential of the upcoming Dendro user Baizhu when placed in a Spread team. The game allows players to use up to four different characters in their party, and they can combine their different elements to trigger various elemental reactions.
These reactions grant various effects, from boosting the team’s damage potential to completely immobilizing a group of enemies. The new Dendro element that was introduced inGenshin Impactupdate 3.0 has completely changed the character meta as it introduced many new powerful elemental reactions.

Developer HoYoverse has officially announced two new Dendro characters named Baizhu and Kaveh for theupcomingGenshin Impactversion 3.6. Each update in the game has its beta phase which reveals most of the upcoming content, including new characters and weapons. A recent leak on theGenshin ImpactLeaks subreddit shows gameplay footage featuring the new Dendro catalyst Baizhu in a team composition that revolves around triggering Spread. It’s considered a sub-reaction since the only way to activate is by dealing Dendro damage to enemies that are affected by the Quicken aura, which can be applied by combining Dendro with Electro. Spread can significantly increase the next couple of attacks that are infused by Dendro.
The team shown in the video features three Dendro characters: Baizhu, Nahida, and Alhaitham, and one Electro character named Yae Miko. Yae’s main job in this team is to apply as much Electro as possible which she can do with the help of her Elemental Skill, Sesshou Sakura, which allows her to deploy up to three Electro totems that deal damage even if she gets swapped out. This makes her theperfect off-field support inGenshin Impactfor parties that need a lot of Electro damage on the field.
Some comments claim that Baizhu seems to work perfectly in teams that need at least two Dendro characters.PreviousGenshin Impactleakshave revealed that his main role will be healer which makes sense lore-vise since he’s known as the owner of the Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue. He seems to have great synergy with the famous Sumeru Archon who has become a must-have for most Dendro compositions.
The main DPS in this team isthe recently added sword user Alhaithamwho seems to perform great when surrounded by characters that share the same element. Even though at the time of his release, many considered him to be just a Dendro version of the Electro character Keqing, Alhaitham has proven that his playstyle is much more complex.
