Genshin Impacthas just received its massive 2.0 update, and along with new characters, stories, events, and items, the developer miHoYo has added the Inazuma region. With a new region comes more reputation quests and rewards. The game doesn’t tell players straight awayhow to get to Inazuma’s Reputation menu, but it isn’t too difficult to unlock once the roadmap is clear.

Before setting sail to the Inazuma region inGenshin Impact, players must first have reached at leastAdventure Rank 30. Long-time players should have no problem meeting this requirement, but new and casual fans will have to complete the available story they have and level their Adventure Rank up to 30 by completing quests in Mondstadt and Liyue.

Updated on July 21, 2025, by Scott Vengel:With the recent character rerun banners from Albedo and Eula ending, and the anticipation of this year’s Lantern Rite events in Genshin Impact, it has become incredibly apparent in the community that Inazuma’s hype has become more and more mundane and routine.

In other words, Inazuma is now a normal part of life in Genshin Impact, with more players finishing the Inazuma storyline than ever, and more members of the community exploring the islands with more vigor than before. As such, many players in Genshin Impact are now looking to complete Inazuma’s reputation milestones than before, so this article will be updated to clarify how the Inazuma Reputation system works.

How to Unlock Inazuma Reputation

To unlock the Inazuma Reputation system and start working towards the rewards, players should start the new “Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia” Archon questline that has been added in the 2.0Genshin Impactupdate. Archon quests are the game’s main storyline, so it makes sense that this is how many of the features in the Inazuma region are unlocked.Navigate to Liyue Harborand speak with Katheryne. After a little bit of dialogue, Katheryne willinstruct players to board the Alcor to talk to Beidou. After a brief arc in the story focusing on the Alcor crew and Kazuha, Beidou will finally agree to bring the player to Inazuma.

After some more dialogue and a cutscene, players will find themselves in the newInazuma region. Unlocking the Inazuma Reputation quests is as simple as following the rest of the “Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia” plotline, untilcompleting the “A Flower Blooms In Prison” quest. After this, the World Quest “The Commission’s Commission” will now be available. Select navigate on this quest andfollow the marker to Madarame Hyakubei, who is found at the Kamisato Estate.

After speaking to Madarame Hyakubei, players will now have unlocked the Inazuma Reputation menu and can start working on quests, requests, bounties, and exploration for some great rewards. Speaking to Hyakubei also automaticallyrewards 20k Mora, and x2 Hero’s Wit.

Inazuma Reputation Rewards

Like Mondstadt and Liyue before it, Inazuma’s Reputation system offers special rewards for completing certain amounts of Reputation EXP. The following are all 10 InazumaReputation systemlevels and the rewards unlocked for reaching each level:

In addition to these rewards, players will receive price discounts for Inazuma’s stores starting at Reputation Level 4, which can be a great wayto save some Mora. Other notable rewards include the Electro Treasure Compass, which can increase the Inazuma’s world exploration rate, and the Red Feather Fan, which increases the speed of gliding for a temporary amount of time.

Increasing Inazuma Reputation

Like in Mondstadt and Liyue’s reputation systems, Inazuma reputation can be increased in four distinct categories:bounties, requests, world exploration, and Inazuma quests.Generally speaking, quests in Inazuma are going to account for the highest increase in Reputation EXP in the beginning. However, once these quests end,Genshin Impactplayers are going to want to heavily explore Inazuma to increase world exploration (finding chests, completing puzzles, etc.), or complete weekly bounties and requests.

Unlike in Mondstadt and Liyue, however, Inazuman bounties and requests have a few subtle differences. For one, players will not need to find clues to find each opponent a bounty calls to defeat; rather, the opponent will be directly marked on the map immediately upon receiving the quest. As such, these bounties may be less time-consuming than other regional bounties, making them an easy source of Reputation EXP (though Inazuma’s enemies might bea little more challenging).

Genshin Impactis available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch version in development.
