Manda will mention that she’d love to meet Ambrosia and suggest that her father may be able to help transport Clive’s faithful Chocobo over from the mainland. Once the conversation ends, players should head on over to the stores and speak with Manda’s father, who’ll have a large yellow plus icon floating above his head. As it turns out, he’s more than happy to help out, though says that he’ll need a Mimett Gourd or two to make it happen. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have any to hand, though Clive has an idea of someone who might.
After speaking with Manda’s father, players should fast travel over to Martha’s Rest and speak with Rowan, the traveling trader, who some will no doubt remember fromWhat a Bird Wantsand some of the other base game side quests. It just so happens that Rowan has a whole cart full of Mimett Gourd that would otherwise be going to waste and hands a few of them over with very little fuss.
From there, players should make their way to Northridge and the campsite where they first met Shula tostart the Rising Tide DLC. There, they’ll need to hand over the Mimmett Gourd to Manda’s Father to move things along. This effectively marks the end of the quest, with players receiving some Wyritte and XP upon its completion. The real reward, though, is being able to use Ambrosia to explore Mysidia, which should save players a lot of time in the long run.
