To do so, they need to reach at least level 15, complete the “Envoy” Main Scenario Quest of their starting city, and complete the sidequest named “It Could Happen to You.” It’s started in Ul’dah, Steps of Nald (X: 10, Y: 9).
Once it’s done, players can unlock the collaboration event by completing the sidequest named “Just Crowning Around” in the Gold Saucer (X: 5, Y:).
