Mehrunes Dagon’s personal plane of Oblivion is an enigmatic place not fully realized until the Deadlands DLC forThe Elder Scrolls Online. It is a place few mortals have gone, let alone Antiquarians, making it averitable treasure troveof new knowledge for the dedicated excavator.

Many Antiquities in the Deadlands DLC forThe Elder Scrolls Onlineare tied to the three new Mythic items Markyn Ring of Majesty, Belharza’s Band, and the Spaulder of Ruin. There’s plenty for players to find in all levels of Scrying skill, though most of the best new Antiquities are only unlockable by completing Master-level Leads.
Updated 3 June, 2022 by Erik Petrovich: With the release of ESO’s latest chapter High Isle on the horizon, many players are returning to the Deadlands to hunt down the last of their missing Deadlands Anqituities. There are four types of ESO Deadlands antiquities: common, intermediate, advanced, and master antiquities. Non-master antiquities give experience in the Scrying and Excavating skill as well as treasure, and some give furnishings. Master antiquities give parts to the special Deadlands Enchanting Table, though one of them yields a unique furnishing instead. Deadlands antiquity leads can be found everywhere, but it can help speed things up if you know where to go.

Deadlands Common, Intermediate, and Advanced Antiquities
There are six Antiquities that make up the Common (Green), Intermediate (Blue) and Advanced (Purple) options in the Deadlands. Because Scrying can be used repeatedly on the same Antiquity, players can fullylevel the skill in the Deadlandsif they so choose (though it’s much easier to grind Scrying and Excavation in the minuscule Starter Zones of ESO).

While only two of these rewards actually give players something tangible in the form of a piece of furniture and a cosmetic, they are all good ways to build the Scrying and Excavating skill without leaving the new zone andmissing out on the new content, like Wandering Bosses.

Master (Gold) Antiquities require the player to have at least three Skill Points spent on the Antiquarian Insight passive in the Scrying Skill Tree. Just this is often not enough, though, as these high-level Leads aremuch harder than the standardfare. Players should fill out the Scrying Skill Tree as much as they can before taking on these Gold Leads.

The Dagon’s Scalding Gibbet Antiquity rewards itself as a furnishing, appearing as a strange torture deviceno doubt devised by Dagon.
Deadlands Mythic Item Antiquities
The Deadlands DLC adds three new Mythic item sets that can only be acquired bycompleting five associated Master (Gold) Leads. However, these five associated Leads aren’t necessarily restricted to being in the Deadlands, and not all of them have been found and cataloged by dedicated Mythic-hunters.
