More than four years on from the game’s original release, the final DLC expansion forDragon Ball Z: Kakarothas finally arrived. It’s called Goku’s Next Journey and is based on the Peaceful World Saga ofDragonball Z, which took place after the Majin Buu Saga and ushered in the end of the popular anime and manga series. With this in mind, it seems only right that Goku’s Next Journey will serve as the end ofDragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

Around sixty minutes ofGoku’s Next Journey’s two-hour main storyis made up of cutscenes and conversations, making it one of the most story-heavy expansions for the game to date. This should come as good news for series fans, given that quite a few of them had doubted the suitability of the Peaceful World Saga for a video game adaptation prior to its release.
