Call of Duty: Warzoneadded music tracks as part of its Season 6 update. These tracks allow players to pick from a small selection of music to rock out to as they drive across Verdansk’s massive map. As with many features inCall of Duty: Warzone,a small bug has occurred as a result of the music use.

Season 6 inCall of Duty: Warzonehas had tons of reoccurring problems from the return of the demon gun glitch to an ever-growing list of bugs. While Activision does work hard fixing problems like the AS VAL bug or the unlimited Stim glitch, a new music-related issue is plaguing fan’s speakers inCall of Duty:Warzone.

Themusic feature inCall of Duty: Warzonehas been around since the start of Season 6. Players could select from severalCall of Dutythemed tracks and apply them to varying vehicles. After an update, the selection of music grew to allow fans access to Skrillex, Jack Harlow, and themes fromtheCall of Dutyseries. The issue is not the music itself, but rather the fact that the music does not stop. It seems to be triggered when a player has a War Track equipped and enters a vehicle. The music will start playing and fans started to notice that the music just would not stop. Driving off a cliff or destroying the vehicle does nothing to stop the looping track of music which is forcing players to turn their speakers off and play at a disadvantage.

Having background music does not always have a major impact on the game itself. Quieter or calmer tracks could easily be ignored, but some fans are getting stuck listing to theheavy metal Juggernaut themeon an infinite loop. The persisting music seems to continue even into the final circle with no sign of stopping in most reported cases.

Fans have several temporary solutions that may or may not work to repair the issue. Some fans claim that theBlack Opsmusic pack in the War Tracks menu is not bugged and will override other music when equipped. Other fans suggest getting in and out of the vehicle that triggered the bug in hope that the code randomly works to shut off the tunes.

Call of Duty: WarzoneSeason 6continues to have bugs manifesting at very inconvenient times. Fans will just have to wait until Activision gets around to patching this audio issue. Until then, most fans are simply unequipping War Tracks until the problem has been resolved.

Call of Duty: Warzoneis available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
