Additionally, apre-order FAQon the game’s official announcements page clarifies that PlayStation 5 and PC players will be able to experienceBlack Myth: Wukongon its release dateof August 20, but the Xbox Series X|S version is still undergoing optimization and does not currently meet the company standards, so its release will come at a later time. There is currently no set release date for the Xbox version, but Game Science stated it will make an announcement when a release date is available.

Pre-orders forBlack Myth: Wukongare available now on the PlayStation Store, Steam, and Epic Games Store, but not on the Xbox Store. The trailer revealed at Summer Game Fest featured plenty of pre-order bonuses, such as a steel game case, wind chime necklace, 1:1 scale “Constricting Headband,” and a 40cm figurine of The Destined One. The game’s standard edition sells for $59.99, while the Digital Deluxe Edition goes for $69.99, the Physical Deluxe Edition for $169, and the Collector’s Edition for $399.
