An apartment with pretentious neighbors and more room for a garage than personal space, Hangman Avenue is great for those who want the Vinewood Hills experience with a touch of modesty. The view is great, the yard is nice, but the interior isn’t all that special.
4 Hangman Avenue isaffordable but not necessarily the bestpick for a first house due to its lack of equipment. However, those who just want a break from the chaotic city can enjoy an easy life with 4 Hangman Avenue.
17Weazel Plaza, Apt 101

One of the High-End apartments situated in North Los Santos is Weazel Plaza, Apt 101. This is the apartment for those sought-after or desiring movie stars due to its closeness to Rockford Hills and the movie studios. With a10-car garageand perhaps the tallest building in Los Santos, Weazel Plaza screams affordable, pretentious, and fancy.
It’s a great High-End apartment with a Heist Planning Room, a 10-car garage, and affordability. Players can spend $335,000 to have one of the most luxurious apartments thanks to its unique location, gigantic building, and hot-spot for other players who want to live higher than the rest.
163 Alta Street Tower, Apt 57

An apartment in the epicenter of Los Santos' business district, 3 Alta Street Tower provides players with a cheap yet luxurious condo, as well as a 10 vehicle garage so that they are able to enjoy a comfortable living space with a Heist Planning Room, situated so close to other stores and city life.
3 Alta Street Tower, Apt 57 is nice for its location and features, but the cost is what truly sells this location. Players barely have to spend over $200,000 to obtain this apartment for their own, making it a great starter home.

The cheapest apartment inGTA Onlineis located at South Rockford Drive, and whilst players cannot do much here other than store 2 vehicles and relax in a safe interior, it’s still a decent enough starting home to begin the criminal journey. It’s extremely cheap, and new players should aim to afford it if they’re just starting out. It’s always worth remembering where one comes from, especially when its a location as cheap and run down as South Rockford Drive.
Even if players cannot store 10 cars and start heists from this location, it’s still relatively close to Vespucci Beach, meaning players without access to fast cars can still run to this location and enjoy one of thebest sights inGTA Online.
141561 San Vitas Street, Apt 2

Players might feel a little overwhelmed when they start their journey inGTA Onlinefor the first time. Luckily, for new criminals to the gig, the 1561 San Vitas Street apartment will help ease players into their new lives. The apartment itself is fairly cheap since it is less than $100,000. Players can also use this apartment to store 2 vehicles, which is just enough for them to have the basics.
Situated in West Vinewood, players are fairly close to the action, which is a good thing for new players still looking to explore their options in Los Santos. It may be on the low end, but the beauty of this apartment is showing other players the progress when the player who owns it finally moves into a penthouse with a jet parked on their helipad.
130604 Las Lagunas Boulevard, Apt 4

Despite this apartment being listed on Dynasty 8 as smelling of urine, that won’t detract from the fact that it’s nicer in person than it is on paper. This apartment is situated fairly close to the Pacific Standard Public Deposit Bank, and as criminals to Los Santos, that could easily work in the favor of the player, as having a robbable bank just a short walk away is definitely going to cause some mischief, and a bunch of police.
It’s a tiny bit more expensive than the cheaper apartments, existing as a medium-end apartment that can offer players 6 vehicles in the garage, and some nice space within the interior. What was beloved about this apartment is now a memory, as players used to be able to use this apartment during the Pacific Standard Job, in which they would access the garage and travel to Raton Canyon via the armored kuruma without having to worry about losing money from getting shot. Whilst this method no longer works, holding this apartment is a key memory in theearly days ofGTA Online.
1212 Sustancia Road

This 6-car garage apartment might not be the fanciest, but it’s perfect for players who want a neighborhood to take over. Sustancia Road is located far from the criminal activities that usually plague Los Santos, so in this location, players can feel more at ease to roam the neighborhood or walk a dog that they do not have. The interior is fairly clean, and it’s a modest home befitting that of a criminal who doesn’t like the lavish lifestyle of penthouses.
This location is far from other apartments, garages, and facilities, and it’s located far to the east of Los Santos, meaning there’s a lot of free reign to mess around on this side of the map without fear of a jet or Oppressor MK2 coming down to ruin the fun. It’s a medium property class deserving of some credit, and one player should think of purchasing if they have already conquered the game’s heists.
11Eclipse Towers, Penthouse Suite 3

The most expensive Apartment inGTA Onlinestarts at around $1,100,000. Thisridiculous price tagmakes the list specifically because it’s an apartment that everyone should own at one time or another. It’s an achievement, a location so popular that it has its downsides.
This Apartment in Rockford Hills, North Los Santos is extremely popular among players for its price tag, and more often than not, a player is waiting outside to kill other players. However, with a 10-car garage and custom interiors, it’s a nice enough location, as long as the player is safely inside.
10140 Zancudo Avenue

Since players can own a multitude of apartments, it might be for the best if they invest in different locations. There is no point in having multiple apartments so spread out, so to have one far from Los Santos and deep in the desert of Sandy Shores is a good starting point, especially when one canenjoy the off-road vehicleshere.
There is a lack of violence in Sandy Shores, and although this location only has a 2 vehicle garage, the low price point of $120,000 makes it a viable option for players who want to live out in the desert away from the busy city life. It certainly won’t bethe most expensive thing inGTA Online.
90115 Bay City Avenue, Apt 45

One of the Mid-Ranged Apartments that can be bought inGTA Onlineis 0115 Bay City Avenue, Apt 45. Although this Apartment holds no bonuses for its interior, the low price of $150,000 makes it a great location for players who want to have a summer home, even if the exterior isn’t the prettiest.
This Apartment is located in La Puerta, West Los Santos, which is reasonably close to Vespucci Beach. Along with a 6 vehicle garage, it is just a short walk away from a helicopter spawning pad, and a short drive from the beach and airport, a relaxing environment away from theruthless characters inGTA Online.
