Summary
The colossal city of Baghdad is the beating heart ofAssassin’s Creed Mirageand arguably its greatest strength. As players explore the medieval Arabian city, they will constantly find themselves stumbling upon jaw-dropping locations that are so beautiful they become distracted from their mission or parkour fun.
The most beautiful places in Ubisoft’s depiction of 9th-century Baghdad are often luxurious buildings owned or used by the city’s elite. However, certain factories and marketplaces also have a beauty of their own.

7Dyeing Factory
Baghdad is awash with color inAssassin’s Creed Mirage, from carpets and cushions to the clothes of all its citizens. If players head down to the Shari' district in Harbiyah, then they will discover a few factories, including the Dyeing Factory the very source of the city’s color.
The open space of the Dyeing Factory is like an artist’s palette, and beautiful in its own right, but even more beautiful when the viewer realizes the beauty that is created in this location.

6Nestorian Monastery
Although Baghdad was the center of the 9th-century Islamic world, it was also a multicultural city with citizens and visitors of many different faiths inside its walls. The Nestorian Monastery in the northeast corner of Harbiyah is a beautiful example of Baghdad’s diversity and stands out thanks to its unique design.
Located by the Greeks' Gate, the Nestorian Monastery is surrounded by vineyards putting some distance between it and the rest of the bustling city. This also happens to be one of thelocations of the Lost Books inAssassin’s Creed Mirage.

5Great Mosque
While there are many Mosques in Baghdad, none can match the size and splendor of the Great Mosque, which is also thelocation of two Harbiyah Historical Sites. The Great Mosque, found in the Quadrangle of the Persian district, is dominated by three large blue domes, with the central one higher than the other two.
The central courtyard is just as scenic and players will notice plenty of great details such as shoes and sandals left outside the Mosque. For a beautiful view of the Great Mosque, players can either take to the skies with Enkidu or scale the nearby Viewpoint.

4The Bazaar
Among other things, Baghdad was the central hub for trade in the medieval Arabian world, and throughout the game, players will come across countless markets, stalls, and goods from around the world. The most wondrous place of trade in Baghdad is the Bazaar, a huge building in the Tabik district of southern Karkh.
The Bazaar is filled to the brim with exotic goods, rich fabrics, and more and each twist and turn of the marketplace will surprise players in new ways. There is evenan important Gear Chest to be found in the Bazaar, so players have even more of a reason to check out this awe-inspiring location. Players can alsofind plenty of other Gear Chests in Karkh.

3Dome Of The Ass
In the south of the Abbasiyah region of Baghdad, players might spot a lonely domed building that has a Historical Site codex entry at its very top. Upon reading the codex, players will find out exactly why this beautiful building was known as the Dome of the Ass and why Donkeys were regarded as noble creatures in the Abbasid period.
Set on a hill surrounded by tropical plants, the Dome of the Ass is one of a few quiet and peaceful places within the city, making it easy tosimply walk around taking in the beauty.

2House Of Wisdom
It is of little surprise that the illustrious House of Wisdom is one of the most beautiful locations inAssassin’s Creed Mirageand players would be remiss to not visit the center of learning at least once, andby eavesdropping herethey may even learn a thing or two. Located in the northwest section of Abbasiyah, the House of Wisdom is hard to miss given its size, and the first thing players will notice as they step through the front entrance is the stunning courtyard.
Once the exterior beauty of the building has been thoroughly taken in, players will be ready to explore the House of Wisdom, which is both a library and public academy, as well as a general place of learning for scholars of the world to converge on. The inside is just as beautiful, although at certain times it will be restricted.

1Palace Of The Green Dome
If Baghdad was considered the crowning jewel of the Abbasid Empire, then the Palace of the Green Dome could be said to be the crowning jewel of Baghdad. At the very center of the Round City, the Caliphal Palace with its iconic green domes can be seen from all over the city, constantly drawing the eye.
To get into the Round City, which is heavily guarded, players can make use of a secret entrance near Al-Jahiz’s house. The gardens and fountains surrounding the palace are just as beautiful andplayers will have plenty of fun exploringthe entire location.
