The new trailer released by Mundfish teases a new enemy type called BEA-D, which is a part of the upcoming DLC 1. In theAtomic Heartvideo, it’s possible to see several small, round-shaped robots that do not look so menacing at first glance, but form a juggernaut that looks really terrifying when combined. According to the devs, these creatures will be part of a new enemy group, so players can expect to see many types of them, perhaps even with different combinations when they merge.
In addition to the brand-new DLC with these scary enemies, Mundfish is currentlyplanning a sequel forAtomic Heart. At the moment, however, it’s not known how long fans will have to wait before the sequel is out. ConsideringAtomic Heartstarted its development in 2017 and was only just released in 2023, as well as the fact that the team is still focused on putting out DLCs, the sequel is probably at least a few years away.
